Under general supervision, the incumbent performs difficult, professional, civil, and technical engineering/geological work related to water resources, flood control, water supply and water treatment facilities and systems, and has lead responsibility which involves, but is not limited to, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, training and reviewing the work of assigned personnel.
