The Position
The Port is currently recruiting for the position of Port Senior Human Resources Analyst (Recruitment). Under direction, the Port Senior Human Resource Analyst performs the most complex professional and analytical work in the fields of recruitment, examination development, administration, classification/compensation, personnel reorganization projects, benefits administration, employee relations; provides training and work direction to other analysts; and conducts special projects related to general personnel systems.
The Port Senior Human Resource Analyst is the advanced-journey level classification in the Port Human Resource Analyst. The candidate will perform the most complex assignments and serve in a lead capacity.
