Chelsea brings over sixteen years of experience working in the public and private sectors.
She worked within the California State University system for seven years and spent nine years in the private sector in manufacturing. In her role as Classification, Compensation and HR Operations Manager, she was responsible for developing and implementing a compensation philosophy for staff and faculty, as well as implementing process improvement efforts within the HR operations.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has had a great deal of experience in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring employees for staff, mid-management and executive roles. She provided ongoing consultation to Managers relating to best practices in hiring which included Diversity and Inclusion training, and properly classifying and compensating employees.
Chelsea earned her B.A. degree in Communications from Sonoma State University.
