THE POSITION

Central Contra Costa Sanitary District is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to direct, manage, and administer all activities within the Operations Department which includes the Plant Operations Division, Plant Maintenance Division, Collections System Operations Division, and the District Safety Program. This position will serve as General Manager in his absence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major work in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering. A master’s degree in engineering or business administration is desirable. Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible professional operations management experience including six (6) years in a management position in a wastewater treatment plant or similar process industry.

Salary: $13,602 – $17,181 per month
