Under general supervision, plans, organizes, leads and/or participates in complex, sensitive, and detailed analytical work in the areas of financial/fiscal, legislative and administrative policy, contract administration, and/or compliance and outreach in accordance with Agency standards and policies and legal requirements; analyzes programmatic practices and procedures and makes recommendations for operational, policy, and procedural improvements; develops, summarizes, and maintains administrative and fiscal records; fosters cooperative working relationships among Agency departments and acts as a liaison with various community, public, and regulatory agencies; and performs related work as required.
- Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business, public administration, finance, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience performing administrative, operational, management, or financial analysis.

The annual salary range is $69,824 to $90,772, depending on qualifications and experience.
