The Position
We are seeking an experienced Associate Recruiter with an interest in helping our public sector clients find the best candidates. This position supports clients through the full-cycle recruitment process – from job advertising, candidate sourcing, candidate review, interview facilitation and candidate selection. We adjust our recruitment methods to best match the needs of our clients and provide sound advice throughout the search. This position works closely with both the clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the public sector.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
