The successful candidate will be organized, possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. An ethical mindset, confidentiality, and high integrity in all risk management activities are essential. The selected candidate will be solutions oriented and have some knowledge in public sector budget development, policy administration, staff management, and team building. Experience in a union environment is helpful.
