The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations pertaining to public/represented employees and exhibit the highest moral character to foster transparency and accountability within the organization. The role calls for a results-driven individual who can work seamlessly with staff at all levels, including executive leadership, bargaining units, and elected officials, to establish succession planning and employee development programs collaboratively.
