Tameka Usher has more than 20 years of experience in the field of public sector human resources. She has deep experience in the areas of classification, compensation, recruitment and selection, training, and project management.
Tameka is a highly skilled Human Resources professional with an accomplished record of developing and aligning HR strategies with business goals. She has experience in public sector Human Resources working with clients across local government including cities, counties, special districts, and transit agencies. In addition to working on special projects as an independent contractor for Koff & Associates, Tameka also serves as the Director of Administrative Services for the City of Rocklin.
Tameka has over 12 years’ experience in conducting training, such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment prevention, diversity, workplace violence, supervisory, classification, compensation, increasing human effectiveness, and fundamentals of human resources. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Golden Gate University.
