Rumneek has over five (5) years of experience in the field of organizational development for a wide range of companies and non-profit organizations.  She has experience in large scale change management, strategic planning, organizational assessment, and employee engagement.  Rumneek has also spent considerable time in the development of employee workshop and training materials.  Her educational background along with her work as a facilitator bring diverse knowledge of the latest organizational development theories and best practices.

Since joining K&A, Rumneek has focused on assisting with classification studies by developing and revising classification specifications and analyzing data for employee allocations. Her compensation experience includes comparable agency job matching and total compensation data collection and analysis.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development at the University of California, Davis, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco.
