Rachael has work experience in both the public and non-profit sectors, with five years focused on Human Resources within the public sector. She began her Human Resources journey as an Employment Counselor for a non-profit in Canada, advocating for ADA compliance within the workplace. She has since furthered her love of recruitment and training through her experience with state and local governmental agencies placing candidates in information technology, health & human services, and other governmental roles.
Rachael has served as a Human Resources Generalist for a Joint Powers Authority, providing services such as Benefits & Leave Administration, policy development, and recruitment. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Honors Psychology, and is currently completing her Master’s in Human Resources Management. As a Recruiter for K&A, her experience and education have allowed her to dig deeper to connect with clients and candidates in finding that perfect fit. Rachael believes in partnering technology with individualized recruitment practices to create a modern and unique experience for job seekers.
