Deborah’s professional experience includes over thirty years in the public sector. With over 20 years specifically in Human Resources, most recently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Human Resources at City and County public sector agencies.
She has extensive experience in executive recruiting, organizational development and strategy, and employee and labor relations.
Deborah earned her B.S. degree in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Ethnic Studies; her Masters’ degree in Leadership and Management; and Doctorate in Organization Leadership from the University of La Verne. She also holds the Senior Certified Professional certifications from IPMA-HR and SHRM. She serves as an adjunct professor for the University of La Verne and teaches Human Resources courses.
