Carlo has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment and selection field. He started his career as a nurse recruiter for travel nursing contracts and filled many nursing roles throughout the country. He worked with hospital systems to fill their nursing needs.
Next, he went to PRIDE Industries, the nation’s largest employer of people with disabilities. He recruited for their new government contracts and corporate positions. He held another recruiting role with CVS/Aetna, a Fortune 500 company, where he worked on new Medicare contracts.
Most recently, Carlo was a Senior Recruiter at Shriners Hospital for Children, Northern California. He implemented a new recruitment program at the hospital; filling all clinical, administrative, and executive level roles.
