Ariele Rodriguez began working in the field of Human Resources in 2003 as a private sector recruiter. Since then, her professional experience has grown to include public and private sector work in classification and compensation, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, management training, adult education/college instruction, and workplace investigations. She has Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies (thesis title Work Groups: Cohesion, Communication Satisfaction, and Productivity) from CSU Sacramento and holds the HR professional certification SHRM-CP.
Ariele’s introduction to HR was through a career aptitude exam in 1997 which said her responses were most like those of HR Directors. More than two decades later, she enjoys collaborating with and supporting client partners to be successful in their fields and staffed with excellent employees.
